Dear delegates, sponsors, staff members, and all those joining us for this event.

As Academic Under-SecretaryS of SAMUN XV, our role is to ensure the academic integrity, intellectual rigor, and collaborative spirit of the model.  We are committed to guiding committee presidents in the preparation and development of dynamic, well-structured debates that encourage critical thinking, respectful dialogue, and meaningful participation.

Our goal is to foster an environment in which delegates feel confident expressing their ideas, challenging perspectives, and growing both academically and personally. Through organization, support, and constant communication, I strive to help build committees that reflect not only strong academic preparation, but also the values of leadership, empathy, and cooperation that define the spirit of SAMUN.

It's our sincere pleasure to welcome you to SAMUN XV, a model that has been built with great dedication, effort, and care by every member of our team. Each committee, topic, and debate has been thoughtfully prepared with the hope of creating a meaningful academic experience for all participants.
