Their function is to create strategies to establish links with new schools and institutions to motivate their participation and support in our conference and strengthen ties with those who have already participated.
Is also responsible for coordinating activities and fundraising strategies and social responsibility activities and programs.
Must seek and manage alliances and sponsorships that guarantee the success of SAMUN.

Logistics Chiefs
Angelina Barros & Daniella Vives
The Chief of Logistics in a SAMUN helps the Director G organize the conference's logistics and operations, such as managing venue arrangements, transportation, accommodations, catering, and other logistical details to ensure that the conference runs smoothly.

Welcoming & Registration Chief
María Ángela Vidal
Registration and Welcoming Coordination are responsible for administering SAMUN's
application and registration program or platform.
It is also responsible for ensuring that all attendees and guests are correctly identified and registered.
It is also responsible for issuing and delivering certificates of participation of all attendees.
Work in coordination with the Public Relations Department so that our delegates feel served in the best way.

Press Chief
Andrea Friebe
The Chief of Press is responsible for overseeing the media coverage of the conference, including managing the press team and ensuring that accurate and timely information about the conference is disseminated to the public.

Community Manager
Luciana DíazGranados
The Social Media Manager is responsible for preparing and planning SAMUN's strategy in social media, providing it with professional content and focus. She will be the Community Manager of our organization.
It is your duty to work to consolidate online reputation and increase the number of followers in the SAMUN networks and publish the relevant facts and activities carried out before, during and after our model. The idea is to be a positive reference and be able to influence the community through social networks.

Editor In Chief
Luciana Gutierrez
An editor in chief can work, promote and create any type of publication, such as newspapers or magazines. They are in charge of creating editorial boards and supervising all the editors of the department. The editor in chief has the last word on what is published. His work is not limited to publications during the conference but also before and after it takes place. She is in charge of verifying that the writing, grammar and message of all official SAMUN documents are adequate.

Floor Secretary Chief

The primary responsibility revolves around orchestrating the logistical operations of floor secretaries. This entails assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that each floor secretary is equipped to effectively support delegates during sessions. The floor secretary chief coordinates schedules, distributes resources, and manages communication channels to facilitate smooth interaction between delegates and their respective secretaries.

SAMUN Advisor
Viviana Suarez Eljach
SAMUN Advisor is a faculty member who guides and supports the student delegates and the version's Secretariat. They may help with research, providing financial tips, writing speeches, developing negotiation strategies to help the students succeed in the simulation.

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, overseeing the academic and extracurricular activities, and ensuring that the school provides a safe and supportive learning environment for students and staff.
